You would do well to workout vigorously for one day and then take it a little bit easier the next day. For example, you could do a full workout on Monday, Wednesday and then on Friday. You can then go a little bit easier on Tuesday, Thursday and then on Saturdays by walking or by doing some jumping jacks.

Never forget the power of proper sleep. Every day we push our bodies to the limit. This makes us stay up later in the evening. It means that we are getting up earlier and earlier. The end result is that we’re not getting the rest we need so desperately. Your sleep time is important time for the body to fix the damage that was done the previous day. Sleep is how we "recharge" our "batteries." The average adult must have a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night in order to be in optimal health. Try it for a week and see if you don’t look and feel healthier, more alert, and more energetic.

Make a priority of finding time to relax each day. It’s not necessary to go to sleep during or after this time. Make sure you take some time each day to relax and de-stress. It may be something as simple as watching television. Or you could go for a walk during this relaxation time. It can mean taking a long hot bath or taking some time to read the next chapter of your book. Not getting rid of the stress in your life can mean big health problems in the not so distant future. There are many things you can do to stay healthy. Don’t put yourself through hell or stop eating the things you love. You can work your health into your busy schedule without killing yourself. All you have to do to be healthy and fit is to make the decision to live better. Use your brain, make better choices Get up and move. From this point staying healthy is easy.
